We are experts in business insurance policy wordings and extensive experience in looking at policies from all the insurance firms as well as in-depth knowledge of claim calculations.

We have experience in a variety of industries and have adjusted recently quite a number of Christchurch earthquake claims which have been successfully settled.

What’s the benefit of appointing us:

As Public Adjusters we work for you which means we have your best interests at heart. If you don’t appoint us then your claim will be prepared and quantified by the insurance firms and the Loss Adjusters appointed by them.

We work with you to best prepare your claim so that it benefits you and not the insurance firms. We are totally independent of the insurance and Loss Adjusting firms. Every claim should have both a Public Adjuster and a Loss Adjuster appointed so both parties have an expert working on their claim. This is not currently practiced in New Zealand and this leaves the Insured you in a disadvantageous position.
